Getting Started

Estimates & Scheduling

Yes. We provide free on-site estimates for new construction installations, maintenance programs, and enhancement projects. A member of our team will visit your property, walk the scope with you, and deliver a detailed line-item proposal — no pressure, no obligation.

After your estimate is approved, we schedule based on our current crew availability and the scope of work. Maintenance programs and smaller enhancements can often be scheduled within a week or two. Larger new-construction installs are scheduled around your project's build timeline.

We'll give you a clear timeline during the estimate process — no vague "we'll call you" windows.

For most projects, a quick description of what you need and your property address is enough to get started. We'll schedule a site visit to walk the property and assess the full scope before we put anything on paper.

For new construction, having site plans or a general layout helps us prepare a more precise proposal — but it's not required to get the conversation started.

Yes. We design and install hardscape features including patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, pavers, and concrete work. Hardscaping is often bundled with landscape installation or enhancement projects — but we also take on stand-alone hardscape jobs.

Yes — hurricane and storm cleanup is a service we provide for both residential and commercial properties. We handle debris removal, downed tree and limb clearing, and post-storm landscape restoration. We aim to respond within 24 hours for cleanup requests.

Billing, Crews & Communication

We use detailed, line-item invoicing through our Aspire CRM platform. Every invoice shows exactly what was done, when, and at what cost — no surprises. For commercial accounts and HOA communities, invoices can be structured to match your budget cycle or board-approval process.

Yes. All commercial, HOA, and multi-property clients are assigned a dedicated account manager — a single person who knows your property, your preferences, and your history. No call centers, no rotating contacts.

Residential clients have direct access to our main office line and can reach someone Mon–Sat 7 AM–4 PM.

All of our crews are GPS-tracked through our Aspire platform. You can request service summaries, arrival logs, and job completion reports. For commercial clients, this means complete auditability — your property manager or board can see exactly what was completed and when.
